मित्रों, बहुत दिनों के बाद कुछ पोस्ट कर रहा हूँ। मैंने "बहुत दिनों के बाद कुछ लिख रहा हूँ" ऐसा नहीं कहा क्योंकि लिखना तो होते ही रहता है। कभी सफ़ेद कागज़ पर तो कभी अपने मानस पटल पर। व्यक्ति को लिखते रहना चाहिए। साइकोलॉजी अथवा मानसशास्त्र के अनुसार हमारे मस्तिष्क से हरदम कुछ न कुछ सृजित होते रहता है। अभिव्यक्त करने हेतु हम बोलकर या लिखकर अथवा अभिनय या अपनी भाव भंगिमाओं का उपयोग करते रहते हैं। किन्तु लिखना एक ऐसा माध्यम है जिसमें हम अपने शब्दों को आकार देते हैं। यह ऐसा है मानो अपनी दिमागी धूप को हाथ रुपी बिल्लोरी काँच के माध्यम से अक्षरों में केंद्रित करके कुछ प्रज्वलित करने का प्रयास करना। अस्तु...
नकारात्मकता: मनुष्य का छिपा हुआ कृष्ण-विवर
आज की इस पोस्ट का कारण है मानवी वृत्ति के विभिन्न पहलुओं का दर्शन कराना। पिछले कई वर्षों से मैं अपने क्लिनिक में आने वाले लोगों के मानसिक स्वास्थ्य हेतु उनकी साइकोलॉजिकल काउन्सलिंग भी कर रहा हूँ। होम्योपैथी में साइकोलॉजी बहुत ही विस्तृत और गहराई से पढ़ाई जाती है। चूंकि बचपन से ही विभिन्न व्यक्तियों के मन की थाह लगाने का प्रयास करने में मेरी गहन रूचि रही है। यही अवलोकन-क्षमता मेरे काम भी आयी। कालांतर में मैंने इसी क्षमता को एक सच्चे एवं सुसंस्कृत प्रोफेशन में परिणित कर लिया। अतः मैं बड़ों और बच्चों की व्यावहारिक काउन्सलिंग से लेकर वैवाहिक काउंसलिंग, करियर काउन्सलिंग एवं जेनेटिक काउन्सलिंग भी बड़े मनोयोग से कर रहा हूँ। मनोवैज्ञानिक परामर्श देते समय एक साइकोलोजिस्ट को मरीज के भावनात्मक पक्ष को जानने हेतु उससे स्वयं भी भावनात्मक रूप से जुड़ना ही पड़ता है, तभी काउन्सलिंग सार्थक हो पाती है। ऐसे समय कई बार मनुष्य की नकारात्मक प्रवृत्तियों से भी पाला पड़ता है जिनको जानकर मन खिन्न हो उठता है। मनुष्य आज बहुत स्वार्थी और ढोंगी हो गया है। हमारे आसपास के ही लोगों की बात करें तो हमें केवल उनका सामाजिक रूप दिखता है। इसे मैं FAKE AURA अथवा आम भाषा में चोला कहता हूँ। काउंसलिंग के दौरान व्यक्ति से जब निजी प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं तभी वह धीरे-धीरे अपने विराट स्वरुप की झलक दिखलाने लगता है। यह विराट स्वरुप भगवान् कृष्ण के विराट रूप जैसा दैदीप्यमान ही हो ऐसा ज़रूरी नहीं है; वरन वह "कृष्ण-विवर"(अंग्रेजी में BLACK HOLE) की तरह स्याह काला भी हो सकता है। वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में देश में घटित हो रही अनगिनत प्रिय-अप्रिय घटनाओं के पीछे यही मनोविज्ञान कार्य कर रहा है। अवचेतन मस्तिष्क जब परत-दर-परत उद्भेदित होता है,तभी यह ज्ञात होता है कि वस्तुतः हमारा मन एक ऊन के गोले जैसा है...एक उलझा हुआ गुच्छा... जिसका कोई ओर छोर नहीं है। व्यक्ति स्वयं पूरे जीवन काल में इसे नहीं जान पाता है। काउंसिलर्स भी पानी में डूबे हुए इस हिमखंड की केवल ऊपरी परत को हल्का सा ही छील पाते हैं। ऐसे में शीतल हवा का झोंका तब आता है जब कतिपय वास्तविक सज्जन मनुष्यों की काउंसलिंग होती है। कुछ लोगों की प्रवृति जैसे बाहर है वैसे ही अंदर से भी हैं। एकदम दैवीय। ऐसे लोगों के मन को टटोलकर अपार शांति की अनुभूति भी होती है। शुभ्र और स्याह दोनों तत्व हमारे मन के अंदर ही हैं। हमारा विवेक(अर्थात अच्छे और बुरे की समझ) ही वास्तविक छन्नी(फ़िल्टर) का काम करता है ताकि हम दैवीय या आसुरी वृति में से किसी एक का चुनाव करें। और यही चुनाव हर घटना को जन्म दे रहा है।
अंत में यही लिखूंगा कि-"सृजन प्रतिक्षण हो रहा है...दैवीय चाहिए या आसुरी यह निर्णय आपका है।"

English Translation — Negativity
Friends, after many days I am posting something. I did not say "I am writing something after many days" because writing keeps happening anyway. Sometimes on white paper and sometimes on the canvas of my mind. A person should keep writing. According to psychology or mind science, something or the other is constantly being created in our brain. To express it, we keep using speaking, writing, acting, or our facial expressions and body language. But writing is such a medium in which we give shape to our words. It is as if we are trying to focus the sunlight of our mind through the magnifying glass of our hand into letters and ignite something. Anyway...
Negativity: The Hidden Black Hole of Human Nature
The reason for today's post is to show various aspects of human nature. For the past many years, I have also been doing psychological counseling for the mental health of people coming to my clinic. In homeopathy, psychology is studied very extensively and deeply. Since childhood, I have had a deep interest in trying to gauge the minds of different individuals. This observational ability has also helped me in my work. Over time, I converted this ability into a true and cultured profession. Therefore, I am doing practical counseling for adults and children, marital counseling, career counseling, and genetic counseling with great dedication. While giving psychological counseling, a psychologist has to emotionally connect with the patient to understand his emotional side, only then the counseling becomes meaningful. At such times, one often has to face the negative tendencies of human beings, and knowing them makes the mind sad. Human beings have become very selfish and hypocritical today. If we talk about the people around us, we only see their social form. I call it FAKE AURA or in simple language, a "chola" (disguise). Only when personal questions are asked during counseling does the person slowly start showing glimpses of his vast true self. This vast form does not necessarily have to be as radiant as Lord Krishna's Virat Roop; rather, it can also be as dark black as a "Krishna-Vivar" (Black Hole in English). Behind the countless pleasant and unpleasant events happening in the country in the present circumstances, this very psychology is at work. When the subconscious mind is excavated layer by layer, only then it is known that in reality our mind is like a ball of wool... an entangled bunch... which has no end or beginning. The person himself cannot know it in his entire lifetime. Even counselors can only lightly scrape the upper layer of this iceberg submerged in water. In such a situation, a cool breeze comes only when counseling of some truly virtuous people takes place. Some people's nature is exactly the same outside as inside. Completely divine. Touching the minds of such people also gives an experience of immense peace. Both pure white and black elements are present inside our mind. Our conscience (that is, the understanding of good and bad) works as a real filter so that we can choose either the divine or the demonic tendency. And this very choice is giving birth to every event.
In the end, I will only write this – "Creation is happening every moment... whether you want the divine or the demonic, the decision is yours."
